Agenda for Change Band 9 salary in England
Band 9 salaries follow the same increment structure as Band 8 and have only one incremental payment after five years of service. The starting salary for Band 9 is £99,891 and then, after five years of service, at the start of year six, pay increases to £114,949. This is H13the final pay point in this band. NHS HCAS / London Weighting Band 9

All Band 9 salaries in Inner London continue to have only one incremental payment. They receive a starting salary, followed by an incremental increase after five years of service. So, the starting salary for Band 9 is £107,637. Then, after five years of service, at the start of year six, pay increases to £122,695. This is the final pay point in this band.
