Our mission
There is a lot of information about pay scales on the internet, but it is often written for employers and not employees and not always easy to understand.
Public Sector Pay was founded in 2022 to provide clear and user friendly information about pay for people working in the public sector. We are expanding our content to cover all of the major public sector employers, including the NHS, the police, teachers, the armed forces and more.
